This module purpose is to Generate Test Form and print. First search for accounts that have a device based on Water Meter #, Account # or Service Address. Once records are located. Select the account. Then select the device and print.
Generate Test Form
This module purpose is to Enter a Test Report. First search for accounts that have a device based on Water Meter #, Account # or Service Address. Once records are located. Select the account. Then enter the test results.
Enter Test Report
This module purpose is to install new device. First search for active accounts based on Water Meter #, Account # or Service Address. Once records are located. Select the account. Then validate that the device is in inventory and install with or without test results.
New Device Installation

Welcome to the City of Wichita’s Backflow Device Web Portal. This portal is used by certified backflow testers to report results of backflow device testing, five year rebuilds, repairs, and also newly installed devices. If you are a first-time user, you must first be registered with the City and obtain your registration card. Your Kansas Certification Number will be used to set up your account, or to log in if you are a returning user.
